Notifications Settings

The notification section allows you to receive notifications for online orders, inquiry & appointments on configured mobile numbers, WhatsApp numbers, and Emails.


1. From the Homepage, click on Settings.

2. Click on Notifications.

The following page gets displayed.

  1. Enter the mobile number on which you want to receive either SMS or WhatsApp messages.
  2. Enables you to add another number to receive messages.
  3. Enter the email on which you want to receive updates.
  4. Enables you to add another email to receive updates.
  5. Click on Save to update the changes made.

Note
SMS and WhatsApp costs will be displayed on top of the section.
How to add outlet wise contact details for notification purposes?

1. Under the Notification panel, click on Configure Outlet Wise Notification Details.

2. Select the outlet for which you wish to add the contact details.

3. Enter the mobile number and email id. You can also add multiple contact details for each of your outlets. Click on Save to update the changes made.

4. You can view the contact details below the outlet name. Click on Save to update the changes made.

5. Finally you can check the number of outlets for which you have added the contact details. Click on Save to update the changes made.

You have successfully added contact details for your outlets.

  2. Allows you to receive updates via text and WhatsApp.
  3. Enables you to Add Another Number if you want to add multiple numbers.
  4. Enables you to add the email address on which you want to receive updates.
  5. Enables You to Add Another Email if you want to add multiple emails.
  6. Tap on Save to update the changes made.

1. Under the Notification panel, tap on Configure Outlet Wise Notification Details.

2. Select the outlet for which you wish to add the contact details.

5. Finally you can check the number of outlets for which you have added the contact details. Tap on Save to update the changes made.
