Create / Update Work Orders

A work order is typically a written request that the customer makes for specific items or services that need to be carried out by the store owner or staff member.

Example for Online Order: If a customer purchases a pair of jeans online and wants to get them altered, then the store owner can add a work order with the alteration details and set a target date for completing the same.

Example for Instore Order: If a customer purchases a dress by visiting your store and wants to get it altered, the store owner can even add a work order with the details in his account.
